Polina Lurie's lawyer Svetlana Sviridenko refused to sign the transfer and acceptance of the house purchased from singer Larisa Dolina due to incorrect dates in the documents. How report RBC, lawyer of artist Maria Pukhova stated this.
According to her, the apartment along with the deed was ready by January 5, but Lurie was said to be unable to come to the meeting.
“But today Polina's lawyer refused to sign the act, because it says the 5th and, accordingly, will take the keys,” Pukhova said.
The lawyer clarified that Dolina is not currently in Moscow and Sviridenko decided to wait for the artist to return.
Lurie cannot accept Dolina's apartment. Reason given
Let us recall that Dolina became a victim of scammers in the summer of 2024 – she claimed that she sold her apartment to Lurie under the pretext of “preserving her savings”. The artist challenged the deal, but in late December the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation sided with the buyer, guaranteeing her ownership of the property. On December 25, the Moscow City Court decided to deport Dolina.
The day before, Sviridenko reported that Dolina had left the apartment. The key handover meeting to the buyer has been scheduled for January 9.
