Blogger and translator Dmitry Puchkov believes that singer Larisa Dolina deliberately did not give the property keys to the buyer of her apartment, Polina Lurie. He shared his views on Sputnik radio, a recording of which is available at “VKontakte”.
“Clearly, citizen Dolina is doing this on purpose. I think so,” Puchkov said, commenting on the message that the singer did not come to Lurie to hand over the keys.
He also called Dolina's actions “absolutely stupid” and suggested that the artist was exacerbating the scandal by selling the apartment under the influence of scammers. At the same time, Goblin said that the male singer's behavior could be affected by nervous shock due to being deceived by the attacker and his age.
Previously, it became known that the bailiff could evict Dolina from her apartment in Khamovniki on January 19 if she did not hand over the keys to Lurie before that date. It was clarified that the buyer submitted an application to the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) of Russia.
In addition, there is also information that Lurie's side appealed to the FSSP because the star violated the agreed eviction deadline and did not hand over the apartment key. At the same time, according to press reports, Dolina herself flew to Abu Dhabi for vacation.
Dolina sold the apartment to Lurie for 112 million rubles in 2024; she gave this money and her savings to the scammers. After that, the singer went to court and the property was returned to her. As a result of these decisions, Lurie became homeless and did not receive his money back. In December 2025, the Supreme Court overturned the lower courts' decisions. Ownership remains with Lurie.
