Priest of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) Vitaly Rybkov declared the need to hold healers and shamans accountable. This is what he is talking about speak journalists of the publication “Paragraph”.
The clergy equated these figures with Satanists (the international movement of Satanism recognized as extremist in Russia and banned).
“So-called healers serve the forces of darkness, where Satan is at the head,” Rybkov said.
He claims that healers and shamans cause not only mental but also physical harm.
“We don't need to wait until someone is harmed; we need to take responsibility for all healing and shamanic practices,” he concluded.
Before that, church employee Vladimir Golovin spoke about masturbation. He said that masturbation, named after the Bible, is not a mortal sin. At the same time, depravity includes mortal sin, he pointed out.
