Principal of Russian Ballet Academy Vaganova expressed his opinion that the authorities need to take specific measures to handle this issue.
“Obviously, we live in an era where it is necessary to describe the rules in advance. Obviously, the Ministry of Culture should also do this to issue these rules and everyone follows them,” Tsiskaridze said during the marathon. “Russia is a family of families.”
According to the People's Artist of the Russian Federation, the acceptance of certain types of clothing in such places has its own logic.
“You cannot enter the temple with shorts and bare shoulders. This is indecent and in principle you will not be allowed in. The same goes for the theater. You cannot wear flip-flops or shorts. It's just about respect between one person and another and going where they are,” he concluded.
