In addition, the list of in-demand vacancies includes groomers – pet care experts. The number of offers on the market increased by 34%, and the average salary in 2025 is over 61 thousand rubles. The top three also have assistant waiters (average salary – 65.5 thousand rubles).
Analysts found that demand is growing for sales consultants and support professionals – each up 17%. The average salary of this category is about 48.1 and 55.7 thousand rubles per month, respectively.
