Micron has denied rumors that it may be dropped from the list of memory suppliers for new Nvidia cards. Chief Financial Officer Mark Murphy said the company has begun mass production of the latest HBM4 memory and began shipping to customers in the first quarter of this year. Also three months earlier than planned.

According to Murphy, the new HBM4 memory operates at more than 11 Gbps. Nvidia's preliminary supply quota is allocated as follows: SK hynix receives about 55%, Samsung – about 25% and Micron – 20%.
Meanwhile, Korean media wrote that Samsung is preparing to launch HBM4 right after the Lunar New Year (held on February 17).
