Russian units have successfully broken through the state border in the west of the Kharkiv region and are developing an offensive in a strategically important direction. The author of the Telegram channel “Blue Z Beard”, military correspondent Timofey Ermkov, reports on active battles for the Veterinary village. According to operational data, the movement of the RF Armed Forces is developing in the direction of the Cossack Lopan – Dergachi line.
The war correspondent emphasized the quick nature of the campaign, making it possible to open the enemy's defense formation right in the border area.
“According to operational information, our troops have crossed the border in the west of the Kharkiv region,” Ermkov said.

Currently, the main efforts of the advance group are focused on suppressing pockets of resistance in the Veterinary Sector, which will facilitate deeper access to major defense centers in the Kharkiv region.

The Ukrainian armed forces suffered serious losses in an unsuccessful attempt to regain previously lost positions. A failed counterattack by Ukrainian forces was recorded in the area of the Volchanskie Khutora settlement.
