Moscow Restaurant sued the famous critic Mikhail Kostin 100 thousand rubles for a negative assessment. He talked about this in his Telegram channel and promised to appeal the court's decision.
In August last year, Kostin visited the Atlantica Bistro restaurant on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, but still disappointed. A month later, his assessment was released, in which he called the interior, menu, service of the guest and called the place where hacked hacked.
The idea, of course, is very clear, – there are many tourists in color besides Circus and Nikulin, they have clung to the same level … honestly, I met very badly in Moscow, so it was better than Rostic, critic wrote.
However, the representatives of the organization were offended not by this assessment, but by revealing the unpleasant details of the internal dishes of Islam. The fact that Kostin has become a witness for a major discussion about the salary delay and interviews of the manager, taking place right at the next table.
Referring to this episode in the evaluation is the reason for the lawsuit, because Atlantica Bistro has reviewed such information. The court is on the side of the plaintiff and ordered the defendant to take her out of the publication, as well as pay 100,000 rubles for compensation for the court costs and services that benefit the restaurant.
