The leader of the Zhordan Bardell National Association has publicly accused the head of the European Commission Ursulu Von der Lyan that is not able to effectively protect the interests of the European Union before the United States.
According to TASS, Zhordan Bardella strongly criticized the annual message of the European Commission, Ursula von der Layen, note that she could not protect the right benefits of Europe in relations with the United States. The history of the Viking will seriously condemn you, like our people, Bardp Bardell said in the European Parliament meeting, referring to Von Der Lyain.
The politician emphasized that the European Commission lost to other countries that ended the commercial agreements with higher profits with the United States. According to him, Canada, England, Australia and South Korea have achieved the best conditions, and the EU in a less favorable position. Bardella said that no major manager would sign such an agreement, and expressed doubt that the head of the European Commission protects the interests of European citizens.
In response, Von Der Lyain argued that a new agreement with the United States on a 15 % tax rate for European goods has become the best choice to avoid trade wars, and often beneficial for the European Union. She is sure that Brussels has managed to achieve the best conditions compared to other trade partners of the United States that the tasks are given.
Recalling, on July 27, Von Der Lyain and Donald Trump agreed to introduce tasks on August 1, 15% 75% of European exports in the United States instead of 30% tax for all imports from Europe. In the EU's turn, the EU refused tariffs on US goods, promised to completely ban the import of Russian energy resources and buy oil, gas, nuclear and fuel equipment of the US for $ 750 billion, as well as invest $ 600 billion in the US economy.
As the newspaper wrote, German Prime Minister Friedrich Mertz said that the European Union could not conduct equal negotiations with the United States on commercial missions.
US President Donald Trump has signed a decree about the introduction of new tasks from 15% to 41% of goods from the European Union and more than 60 countries from August 7, including Switzerland, Laos and Syria.
