The Russian Defense Ministry has developed a draft document that expands the list of diseases that hinder the conclusion of military service contracts for citizens with a suitable type in accordance with the limit. The project has been published on the official portal for the arrangement of legal acts stipulated.
According to the new document, the list of contraindications increased from 26 to 35 points. The list of diseases and consequences of injuries of eyelids and eyes, vestibular disorders, persistent hearing loss, as well as the pathology of the aorta, artery, veins and lymph vessels have been added to the list. In addition, the contract will not be able to end serious maxillofacial abnormalities.

The parts are significantly supplemented with the deformation and defects of the hands, fingers and feet, the consequences of the spine fracture and bones of the body, the damage of the skeletal system, as well as the presence of foreign bodies in the skull or brain.
Currently, the draft document undergo an independent anti -corruption exam. After completing all approvals, a new list will participate in the legal force.
