Predator: Desolation director Dan Trachtenberg said that he wanted a game based on the franchise and even named a reference for the developers.
“I really want to see a third-person action-adventure game like Uncharted, like Assassin's Creed, open world,” Trachtenberg said at IGN Fall Fan Fest 2025.
He added that he played Predator: Concrete Jungle, but for him that wasn't enough. The director is confident that he can create a very good game about Predator.
Predator: Concrete Jungle was released in 2005 on Playstation 2 and Xbox, but failed to attract players and critics. On Metacritic, it received only 46 points out of 100. Well, the premiere of the film “Predator: Wasteland” by author Trachtenberg is scheduled for November 7, and before that the anthology “Killer of Killers” will be released and welcomed by fans with great joy.
