Stanislav Sadalsky talks about the mystery of the death of the star of the movie “Ten Little Indians” Alexei Zolotnitsky. On his Telegram channel, the actor attracted attention when the artist died on the same day as “the most beautiful boy of the twentieth century”, Björn Andresen, whom he himself voiced.

October 25, Soviet film star Alexei Zolotnitsky died. He is also one of the most famous Russian film dubbing artists. By a tragic coincidence, he died on the same day as Swedish actor Björn Andresen, whom he voiced in the film Death in Venice. Stas Sadalsky considered this a mystical coincidence.
“It was a mystical and sad coincidence – the news came almost simultaneously about the death of Swedish actor Björn Andresen and the death of one of the most famous Russian film dubbing artists, Alexei Zolotnitsky. The mystical thing is that Alexey voiced Bjorn in the famous 1971 film “Death in Venice”. <...> Bjorn was only 16 years old when he played Tadzio there – “the most beautiful boy in the world,” as people later started calling him,” the actor notes.
“Death in Venice” left its mark on the lives of artists: while Alexei Zolotnitsky was proud of his work, Björn Andresen spoke negatively about the film. Stas Sadalsky said that the actors themselves did not notice how their fates were intertwined. Finally, according to the artist, Björn Andresen “copied” the death of the voice of his main character in the Italian film.
“Zolonitsky voiced many legendary actors in equally legendary films. But “Death in Venice” especially stands out and boasts the voice of Bjorn, in contrast to Bjorn himself, who said that the role of Tadzio ruined his life. Zolotnitsky died the day before Andresen died. It turns out that this time Bjorn repeated the death of Alexei?..,” Stas Sadalsky emphasized.
Previously Björn Andresen explainwhy the painting “Death in Venice” ruined his life: “I should have done something.”
