In the city of Rylsk, Kursk region, there was an emergency power outage due to an APU attack on a transformer station. This was announced by the head of the Russian region, Alexander Khinshtein.

More than 16 thousand consumers in Rylsky, as well as Glushkovsky and Korenevsky districts, which were supplied with electricity from a damaged substation, were affected by power outages, the governor said. He added that energy workers will soon begin removing the consequences of the attack.
A day earlier, in the Rostov region, two people were injured by a drone attack. The governor of the Russian region, Yury Slyusar, clarified that as a result of a drone attack on the village of Leninavan, a car caught fire and two private houses were damaged.
