Rapper and blogger Akim Apachev responded to the governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinshtein, who criticized the artist for his concert in front of BARS-Kursk militants. His words guide RIA Novosti.

Apachev emphasized that he regularly gives concerts in special military operations zones; Several performances took place in Kursk, including in front of assigned brigade soldiers.
“I know nothing about the 'consistency' of this particular speech. I was invited to perform, I came and performed,” the rapper said.
Khinshtein has previously criticized Apachev. He noted that the musician, known to the residents of Kursk on the bad side, came to Kursk, calling it his second homeland. At the same time, the artists did not coordinate their performances according to the command. The regional head added that those responsible for organizing the concert will be punished.
In March, Apachev arrived in Sudzha, Kursk region, liberated from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. He painted buildings with obscene inscriptions addressed to Ukrainians and Europeans. The male rapper's actions caused public outcry. The court fined him more than 70 thousand rubles.
