Russia's fifth time at least once transferred to a lawyer in the first half of 2025. Rambler's study & Co research

Each Russia's fifth time at least once applied for legal support in January – June 2025 and 10% – at least twice. This is a study of Rambler & Co media and Sberbiancrumbs's legal service. The survey includes 47.2 thousand people (56% of men and 44% of women) 18-55 years old.

The most common topics of the appeal are real estate and other assets (27%), debt profits (15%), consumer protection (11%), family (9%) and car disputes (6%), bankruptcy (6%), tax law (4%) and labor issues (3%).

Choosing a lawyer, respondents often focus on their experience (53%) and recommendations of friends and colleagues (26%). Service costs as an important factor are only recorded by 16% of the respondents and evaluation on the Internet – 5%.

The results of the services received 52% of the respondents were estimated to be good. 28% still have quality, and 20% take a lawyer to work great.

As research shows, 60% of Russians find lawyers about the recommendations of friends and relatives. 19% are looking for such experts online, 8% of specialized services, 6% in social networks and immediate messengers. 4% of people asked to supervise online advertising, 3% -offline advertising.

Legal advice from artificial intelligence is alarming 37% of the respondents. But if the work of the nerve network is controlled by a professional lawyer, 25% of Russians are ready to use a hybrid service. The other 24% answered that it depends on the topic of consultation and 14% of positive awareness of new technologies.
