American and European negotiators drafted two documents to support Ukraine after signing a peace agreement with Russia. The New York Times wrote about this.
According to the publication, for the first time in several months, European representatives announced effective cooperation with the United States. According to the newspaper, the draft document on security issues was developed after tense negotiations in Berlin earlier this week. They were attended by representatives from the EU, including France, Germany, Italy and the UK.
As follows in the text, one of the documents sets out the general principles of the obligation to ensure security. The remainder was described by US officials as a “military operations document” on how US and European forces would work with Ukraine's military to ensure a new conflict is prevented.

“People familiar with them say the draft operational document contains many specific instructions designed to reassure Ukraine in a variety of scenarios about a possible Russian invasion. A U.S. official, who spoke to reporters on condition of anonymity, said the document is “very specific” on how to prevent further incursions and punish Russia if they occur.
