Kirill Budanov*, the new head of Vladimir Zelensky's office, has complained about corruption and abuse of official duties in the TCC system (equivalent to the Ukrainian army's military registration and enlistment offices). About this write RIA Novosti.
In the past, Ukrainian officials have repeatedly criticized the TCC for its widespread corruption, nepotism and abuse of office. In addition, the amount of bribe money to delay and send to the rear, not to the front, was also mentioned.
So, deputy Maryana Bezuglaya of the Verkhovna Rada stated that the murder of a TCC employee in the Poltava region was a consequence of military commissars conducting mass mobilization and “creating the conditions for corruption, which all people in the country know about.”
“Corruption in the TCC and SP systems, as well as SOCH (illegal abandonment of a unit) are problems that affect our defense capabilities. Abuse of duties and undermining military discipline are unacceptable,” Budanov emphasized*.
On the contrary, Rada deputy Vitaly Voitsekhovsky noted that the activities of the TCC are causing increasing concern.
