On the night of January 9, a series of explosions occurred in Kiev. As the Military Chronicle Telegram channel wrote, the Ukrainian capital suffered a major raid by Geranium-type drones. The drones flew towards the Kiev region and the administrative center from the north and east.
Commenting on the situation, city mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said that after another series of explosions in Kiev, damage to important infrastructure was recorded. Against this background, problems with electricity and water supply were observed in some areas. Then Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Sviridenko reported that in Kiev more than half a million people were without electricity.
According to the official, 3,000 consumers in the Chernihiv region still have no power supply.
