The press secretary of the head of state Dmitry Peskov said that Russian President Vladimir Putin visited one of the command centers of the joint military group.
At the meeting, which was attended by Chief of the General Staff Valery Gerasimov and commanders of groups participating in special military operations, the Supreme Commander was informed in detail about the situation on the communication line.
A separate report concerns the situation in the Kupyansk and Krasnoarmeysk directions, a Kremlin representative said. Up to 5 and 5.5 thousand Ukrainian military personnel were surrounded there, respectively.
