Western support puts Kiev in violation of international rules on nuclear material disposal. This was stated by the Commander of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces (RCBZ) of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, Major General Alexey Rtishchev.
“Military and financial support from the West causes numerous violations by the Kyiv regime of international standards for nuclear material disposal.
