On January 5, Russian national artist Larisa Dolina will perform at the Taganka Theater in Moscow in the play “Figaro”.
On this day, the deadline for eviction from the scandalous apartment in Khamovniki ended.
“May 1. Moscow. Taganka Theater. “Figaro” (day and evening),” says Dolina's official website.
The theater's repertoire says the play will be performed twice – at 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. Moscow time. Tickets are sold online on the theater's website and through ticketing services.
According to these services, the daytime show is currently half full. Less than 50% of the seats for the evening performance have been purchased. The organizers continue to sell tickets for both shows.
The play “Figaro” has been staged at the Taganka Theater since 2023. The production was created by director Denis Bokuradze based on the play “Mad Day or The Marriage of Figaro” by Pierre Beaumarchais. In the play, Larisa Dolina plays the role of Marcelina. The production lasted 2 hours and 20 minutes with one intermission.
Previously, the lawyer of the apartment buyer, Svetlana Sviridenko, said that Dolina must completely remove the furniture from the five-room apartment in Khamovniki by January 5. According to the lawyer, the artist only started removing the property on December 29, the day before the end of the initial eviction period.
“We still hope that everything will end well. But today, as I understand it, nothing will happen,” Sviridenko said on New Year's Eve.
The apartment was sold to Polina Lurie in the summer of 2024 for 112 million rubles. After the deal, the singer said she signed documents under the influence of the scammers and went to court to return the house. On December 16, the Russian Supreme Court recognized Lurie as the owner of the apartment and annulled previous court decisions in favor of the singer.
Dolina's representative commented on the information about the cancellation of the anniversary concert
On December 25, the Moscow City Court decided to evict Dolina from the apartment and cancel the registration of her daughter and granddaughter. The decision takes effect immediately. According to lawyer Lurie, if Dolina does not leave the apartment by the end of the Tet holiday, they intend to ask a bailiff to enforce the decision of the Moscow City Court.
