Singer Olga Seryabkina reported on her Telegram channel that she received an award from the party in the State Duma.
Seryabkina was awarded the pop music performer award.
“This is very valuable to me. I sincerely thank the New People Party,” the artist shared.
Seryabkina became famous after working in the SEREBRO group. The artist is the author of many songs of the group, including hits such as “Mama Lyuba”, “Mimimi”, “You are not enough”, “I will not give up on you”. In 2018, the female singer left the group. In 2019, she released the solo album “Orca in the Sky”.
In October 2025, Seryabkina announced that she turned down a role in the theater. The female singer admitted that she does not think she is capable enough to work on stage. She is sure that only masters of their craft survive in this field.
Seryabkina also noted that there is a big difference between an actor and a musical performer. The singer said the latter combined theater arts and music.
In September, Seryabkina admitted that she wanted to participate in Intervision. According to the artist, she does not want to participate in music competitions, but with “Intervision”, she is willing to make an exception.
