Singer Larisa Dolina identified the alleged fraudster from a photo, who introduced himself to her as an employee of Rosfinmonitoring. This was reported to RT by a source familiar with the court documents.
According to the newspaper, during the investigation, Dolina pointed to a photo of a man named Govorov. According to the singer, it was he, under the guise of a certain Andrei Lukin, who instructed her to transfer money to a “safe account”. The singer's lawyer confirmed the identification with a photo.
Lawyer Ksenia Aparina explained: “Larissa Aleksandrovna was only shown the photos without saying who the last names of these people were… In one of them, Larisa Aleksandrovna identified the person who contacted her.”
Previously, a fake passport photo of a “Rosfinmonitoring employee”, strikingly similar to actor Tom Holland, appeared online. Experts interviewed by RT believe that it is unlikely that investigators will show a photo of a Hollywood star and that the real scammer may resemble the actor.
On December 16, the Supreme Court of Russia in a meeting decided to annul the decision of three lower authorities in the case of Larisa Dolina's apartment, declaring that ownership remained with the buyer, that is, with Polina Lurie. The case of expelling the People's Artist from the disputed housing complex has been brought to a new appeal trial. At the same time, the Supreme Court allowed Dolina to continue living in this apartment until the decision of the second court.
Antonov refuses to shelter Dolina
In August 2024, Larisa Dolina sold her apartment and transferred the proceeds from the sale (about 180 million rubles) to scammers who introduced themselves as law enforcement officers. The agreement was later declared void and the apartment was returned to the artist.
