Top Esports lost to Gen.G with a score of 0:2 in the group stage of the World Championship League of Legends. The second game ended at 32 minutes after a series of victories for Gen.G in key fights between Atakhan and Baron.

Due to losing 2 consecutive matches, Top Esports must win the match on October 25 to maintain their chance to qualify for the playoffs. Gen.G has reached the quarterfinals of the championship which will begin on October 28.
Previously, on October 18, the teams met in the first round of the group stage – then Gen.G also won.
League of Legends Worlds 2025 takes place from October 14 to November 9. The tournament features 17 teams competing for a $5 million prize fund.
