Battlefield 6 REDSEC operates according to almost the same rules as other battle royale games, but has a unique mechanic called interrogation to fight enemy units. PC Gamer Portal speakHow does it work?

REDSEC doesn't explain the mechanics clearly, but wounded enemies can be subjected to melee attacks to interrogate them. After the attack, a short animation will begin and the locations of the remaining detained enemy team members, no matter how many there are, will appear on your map. The prompt for this interaction is easy to miss, so try not to just do a regular melee attack – otherwise you won't get the information.
The nuance is that interrogating an enemy will not only display his allies on the map, but will also mark them with a point on the screen, making it easy to find the exact location. Yes, the signs only last a few seconds, so they need to be used quickly – for example, to push the enemy squad out of position or to take a more advantageous point yourself.
Of course, running up to a wounded enemy for interrogation is more difficult than simply finishing off a downed enemy with a few shots. So it's not worth interrogating every time – this is only an option for those cases if you have your opponent close by and have a chance of being safe.
Destroying enemies in REDSEC is the top priority. This way, you not only get good loot, but also earn a lot of experience to level up your class, as your character's progression in battle royale is carried over to main Battlefield 6.
