The original Kingdom Come: Deliverance could receive a version for current-gen consoles to celebrate the game's eighth anniversary.

According to an insider on Reddit who goes by the handle bertik11, the release on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S is planned for February 2026. Almost exactly 8 years from the original release date.
This same insider previously predicted the postponement of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, so the community is paying close attention to the latest information.
According to bertik11, this is not a remaster but a direct port of the PC version with improvements corresponding to modern hardware. You shouldn't expect significant new content—the developers advise “don't raise your expectations.”
It's also been claimed that the release could take place without a major announcement – the game will only be added to console stores.
Kingdom Come: Deliverance was originally released in 2018, received 5 DLCs, sold over 10 million copies and became a mainstream hit for Czech studio Warhorse Studios.
