Lenovo has announced that it will launch its flagship Legion Go 2 gaming laptop with SteamOS pre-installed this June.

The announcement took place within the framework of the international exhibition CES 2026.
The Legion Go 2 has been available since last fall but currently only comes with Windows 11.
Previously, the Chinese manufacturer released the Legion Go S with Valve's operating system, and judging by the line expansion, the test was successful.
The hardware of the Legion Go 2 will remain unchanged in the new version – AMD Radeon Z2 Extreme, AMD Radeon 890M video, 8.8-inch OLED screen with 144 Hz refresh rate and 32 GB LPDDR5X-8000 RAM. Additionally, one of the key features will remain the detachable controller in the manner of the Nintendo Switch.
Prices are stated accordingly – from $1200.
