MSI has just introduced two compact RTX 5050 graphics cards from the INSPIRE ITX series, designed for miniature builds. Both models use the same dual-slot cooling system with one fan and only differ in factory overclocking capabilities.

The base version of the RTX 5050 8G INSPIRE ITX (G5050-8II) operates with a boost frequency of 2572 MHz and the INSPIRE ITX OC variant (G5050-8IIC) is overclocked to 2602 MHz. The card is equipped with 8 GB GDDR6 memory at 20 Gbps, 128 bit bus and 2560 CUDA cores.
The connection interface is PCIe Gen5 x16, but x8 is actually used. At just 147 mm in length, the new products retain the full set of video outputs: three DisplayPort 2.1b ports and one HDMI 2.1b port.

Power consumption is 130 W, power is supplied through an 8-pin connector. The manufacturer recommends using a power supply with a minimum capacity of 550 W.
MSI is positioning the RTX 5050 INSPIRE ITX as a solution for compact PCs that don't have room for a large cooler. Price and launch date have not yet been announced.
