Nintendo has won another lawsuit against a blogger caught broadcasting pirated games.

Since 2022, Jesse Keikhin, under the moniker Every Game Guru, has been livestreaming pirated Nintendo games that ended up online before their official release. He also mocked the company by claiming that he could create thousands of new accounts to bypass the bans and continue streaming.
“You should have studied me more closely. You may run the company, but I run the streets,” Keihin once wrote to Nintendo.
The company was fined because the blogger ignored complaints about copyright infringement, but Keikhin should not have destroyed the gaming devices. This request by Nintendo was declared illegal.
The streamer must pay $17,500.
Previously, it became known that Nintendo would receive compensation from the accessory manufacturer Genki, which used the Japanese manufacturer's devices in its advertising. Nintendo also tried to patent “summon monsters,” but Japanese authorities rejected it.
