Legendary French musician Gerard Badini has passed away. He was 94 years old. The cause of the saxophonist's death is still unknown.

Badini writes about death Russian newspaper with a link to a blocked source. The future musical legend was born in Paris in 1931. Gerard's father was an opera singer and he decided to connect his life with playing musical instruments.
The Parisian began his professional career in the 1950s. He became famous as a composer, pianist and jazz orchestra leader. Badini's saxophone can be heard in the classic TV series “Commissioner Maigret's Inquiry”.
In 1973, the musician founded his own musical group, Swing Machine. Besides France, he is also established in the US, where he has worked for several years.
