The Russian Post application was installed by 16.5 million customers by the end of 2025. The service not only increased its user base, but also significantly expanded its presence map: downloads were recorded in Europe, the United States, Latin America, Asia, Australia and Africa.

East Russia was informed about this by JSC Russian Post. Compared to 2024, the number of users in 2025 increases by 40%. Moscow and St. Petersburg traditionally exhibits the greatest activity. Khabarovsk entered the top 30 cities in terms of installations over the past year, taking 21st place – here the application was downloaded 101 thousand times.

Among the foreign cities where users installed the service last year were many around the world – from Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires to Johannesburg. It is noteworthy that in some foreign megacities, these indicators are comparable with Russian cities. Thus, in Komsomolsk-on-Amur the application was installed almost 8,830 times, while in Vienna and Warsaw – 8,800 times each. In Amursk, the number of downloads is equal to Abu Dhabi, in Bikin – almost the same as in Jerusalem, and in Sovetskaya Gavan the number of downloads is even a little more than in Dresden.

According to a survey conducted by Mail, about 30% of users open the app at least once a week and another 27% log in to the app several times a month. Study participants cited the intuitive simplicity of the interface and easy navigation as among the main advantages of the service. At the same time, 56% of customers said they started using QR codes more often to send and receive mail, 51% – to track packages through the application and 23% – to deliver letters and shipments therein.
