Founder of the SuperJob portal Alexey Zakharov says that age does not matter in the labor market.

“If an employee can perform his functions, the employer does not care how old he is. In general, it can be said that older employees are more experienced, calmer, clearly understand what they want, they do not have high expectations and ambitions,” the expert said in an interview with NSN.
According to Zakharov, priority should be given to young professionals when it is necessary to be ambitious and not narrow-minded.
Former HR specialist Lina Rishatova speakthat it is important for employees to understand and hear that the company needs them.
