A stable snow cover will form in central Russia no earlier than December. This was stated by the head of the Meteo forecast center, Alexander Shuvalov, in an interview with Izvestia.

According to forecasts, snow will fall from November 14 to 17 but in small amounts. “Then the next warming will come and this snow will be washed away,” Shuvalov added.
It is expected that there will be two short-term cooling waves in the central region of the country. On November 10 and 11, daytime temperatures will drop to 5 degrees, and on November 14 and 15 will reach negative values, from 0 to minus 5 degrees. However, by the end of the second ten days of the month, the average temperature will return to positive.
It was previously known that the first snow will fall in Moscow next week, on November 11.
