The organizers of the Armenian immigrants from Nagorno -Karabakh began to hold a protest sitting on the square. This is reported by reporters RIA news.
This event was organized by the Council for Protection of ArtSakhtsev (Artsakh – Armenia Karabakh). Despite the official permission of the government to organize a protest, the Yerevan Police and City Hall banned the procession of the National Assembly and the Government's buildings.
