Meghan Markle speaks candidly about her first impression of her husband

In a new interview, Meghan Markle talks about what initially attracted her to Prince Harry, the joys of working from home and how motherhood has helped her develop a more self-careful attitude.

Meghan Markle speaks candidly about her first impression of her husband

Meghan Markle, in a candid interview, revealed details about her family life with Prince Harry and shared her thoughts on motherhood, work and personal boundaries. The conversation comes amid the release of the trailer for the Christmas episode of her show “Love, Megan” on the streaming platform, in which Prince Harry will make his first appearance in front of the camera. Thinking about what initially attracted her to her husband, Meghan noted his wonderful ability to awaken “childlike wonder and playfulness.”

“I was very passionate about it and he instilled it in me,” she said.

According to her, the ease and courage with which Harry showed love permeated every area of their lives – from personal relationships to business.

Moving to California after stepping down as working members of the royal family in 2020, the couple have been able to forge a life in which creativity, family and work mesh harmoniously. Meghan spoke warmly about the benefits of working from home, calling it a “wonderful luxury.” Her office is located next to the kitchen, allowing her four-year-old daughter Lilibet to come and sit on her lap at any time – even during business meetings, whether discussing the brand's finances or creative issues. According to her, they, as parents, try to maintain the atmosphere of the game and publicity.

Motherhood, according to Megan, is not only a source of joy for her but also a lesson in compassion.

“Perfection does not exist. I also make mistakes,” the Duchess noted.

This approach has helped her strengthen her personal boundaries, especially in the face of constant public attention.

Watching her children learn to cope with adversity taught her to show the same kindness she showed them.

“You find different ways to protect yourself, whether it's self-preservation or just growing up,” she explains.

The interview and upcoming episode of the show have drawn new attention to the title of Duchess, which she continues to use at public events, be they school visits or private receptions. At the same time, Megan herself focuses on current life content: creative collaboration with her husband, developing her own brand and raising children. Despite criticism of the show's first season, the couple affirmed their strong relationship with the streaming giant by announcing they had signed a multi-year contract. Perhaps for Megan, this collaboration is not just a business project, but also an opportunity to share with the audience what is really important: the value of family, creative courage and the right to personal happiness, gained after years of searching and changing.
